  1. Clients have the option to request modifications during the initial presentation of service concepts. Once the designs receive approval and payment is made, refund requests beyond this point will not be accommodated.
  2. If a refund is requested before the initial design and concepts are delivered, the client may be eligible for a refund, with a 10% service and processing fee deducted.
  3. Refund requests made within 48 hours of the initial delivery may qualify for a 66% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  4. For refund requests made between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, a 33% refund may be granted, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  5. Refund requests made after 120 hours of the initial delivery will not be accepted. However, clients can still contact us with their concerns as our ultimate goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  6. Refund requests will not be considered if there has been no activity on an order for 30 days post-placement. Reactivating an order will incur a specific fee based on the project.
  7. Once the final files are delivered, no further refund requests can be entertained.
  8. In the case of Designs packages, no refunds will be provided once the Designs layouts (storyboard) are approved or once the Designs has been deployed live.
  9. For service packages, refund requests become invalid once the initial animation is successfully delivered.
  10. We have a fair usage policy for revision requests, allowing a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions per phase to ensure fair and reasonable usage.
  11. All refund requests should be directed to our support department. Logoin20minutes retains the right to evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on adherence to the user agreement.
  12. Refund policies for Logoin20minutes custom packages align with those for single packages. For example, if a client orders both logo animation and web design services and approves the logo animation, a refund claim can only be made for the Designs service during the initial design stage.
  13. To be eligible for a refund, the request must have a valid reason that aligns with the design brief and customer feedback. Unless a concept significantly deviates from the brief, a refund will not be granted, though additional revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
  14. The money-back guarantee assumes of good faith when placing the order. Placing orders with multiple agencies for the same project with the intent to claim a refund is considered in bad faith, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests in such cases.
  15. Customers are responsible for providing feedback and participating in the design process to achieve desired results. Our 100% unique design guarantee includes offering a redesign if Designs and illustrations resemble existing designs. Logoin20minutes is not responsible for any likeness and disclaims liability or claims for compensation in such scenarios. It is the client's responsibility to copyright their artwork.

We will make every effort to address your concerns through our revision process. If this proves insufficient, you will receive an email from our refund department confirming the approval of your refund. After the refund is processed, Logoin20minutes will assume ownership of the design, and you will no longer have the right to use any version of the design provided by our company.

By accepting the refund, you agree not to use any part of the design and relinquish any ownership claim.

Logoin20minutes may disclose Copyright Acquisition details for refunded designs to Government Copyright Agencies to prevent their reuse as original designs in the future.
